Who we are

What we collect

From the enquiry form: your name, phone number, email if you give it, your message, the page you sent it from, and whether you ticked the offers box. When you call us: your number and what you tell us about the job. From the website chat: the messages you send and any details you give.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry by text or call, and to quote for and do the work you ask for. We need to do this to deal with your request and any job you book.

If you tick the offers box, we will send you occasional offers by text or email. This is based on your consent. You can opt out at any time: reply to any text asking us to stop, use the unsubscribe link in an email, or contact us.

Who we share it with

Your details are stored securely by our software provider, Digital Media Launch, which acts for us. Its platform keeps them on servers in the United States. That transfer is covered by the UK-US data bridge, the UK's adequacy regulations for certified US companies.

How long we keep it

Enquiries: 2 years after our last contact. Records of work: 6 years after the job. Then we delete them.

Cookies

• msgsndr_id: set by our website platform to manage affiliate links and split testing, for up to a year, with a related record in your browser's storage.
• __cf_bm: set by Cloudflare to protect the site from automated bots. Lasts about 30 minutes.
• _ga and _ga_*: Google Analytics, set ONLY if you press Accept, to count visits and see how the site is used, such as pages viewed, scrolling and taps on call or form buttons. They last up to 2 years. Google handles this data for us in the US, under the UK-US data bridge.

The map and the chat load only when you tap them. Change your analytics choice any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page. To object, block or delete cookies, use your browser settings or contact us.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your details, or ask us to correct them, delete them or stop using them. Contact us using the details above. If you are unhappy with how we have used your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.
